What details do I need to submit when placing an order?

When I place an order what information will I receive?

A: The results will include 1-10 Phone numbers per lead and it will indicate whether that phone number is mobile or residential and the most recent address. To view SAMPLE PLEASE CLICK HERE

What's your minimum order?

A: You must submit at least 100 records to order skip tracing.

What if you can’t find data for each lead I submit?

A: The price you are paying is a “per search” service. Make sure you submit the most accurate data.

Why can’t you skip trace company names?

A: Currently, we are unable to skip trace LLCs, corporations or trust. Your record must be an individual person.

How will my data look when I receive the list back?

Does Macros work for IMACS?

A: Macros are only for Window based computers.

What Is Your Minimum Hit Rate?

A: The normal rate is 65-70% based on the list quality, although the rate can lower depending on the quality of the list. It is also to note that if the list quality is not good, then the rate will drop. Although rare, we have seen a rate grow to 93%, but it is not as common.

Do I Need To Have The Name Of The Lead, Can't We Do It Through Address Only?

A: You must have the name, otherwise it will not work.

Where Are You Located And What Are Your Working Hours?

A: We are located in Delaware, USA (Eastern Standard Time) and our work hours are from 10:00AM – 7:00PM.

Do You Provide Single Skips?

A: We currently do not offer single skips, but we are working towards providing that service in the near future.

Why Are There No Videos Explaining The Macros?

A: You will see the video(s) after you purchase the service.

Is there a Membership fee?

A: We do not offer a membership. NeedToSkip is a pay per use service.

How do I pay?

A: Once you submit a list, you will get a confirmation email and instructions on how to submit payment.

Would I Get A Refund If The Sheet Format Was Wrong?

A: We do not offer refunds for ANY reason. Once your order is submitted it cannot be canceled. If the order did not meet your needs please email us at NeedToSkip@gmail.com

Will I Get A Refund For The Leads Returned Without Numbers?

A: No, our return policy states as so.

Am I Paying For The Hit Rate Or The Total Amount And Why?

A: Yes, you will get the total input because it is part of the package.

Am I Paying For The Total Inputs Or Is It Per Number Returned? For Example, If I Get 6 Numbers Per Lead Do I Pay For Each Number The 35 Cents Or Less?

A: Yes, you will get the total input because it is part of the package.
